Gloria was born in Crestview Florida, but has lived all over the United States. She received a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of Kansas, in Lawrence, Kansas. Gloria taught special education classes for ten years in Kansas, five years in Illinois and is currently teaching in San Antonio, Texas. She has a versatile approach to life evidenced by numerous awards in the field of education, athletics and business.
Her artwork has either direct or implied interaction between the character(s) and or the viewer(s). It takes on a style of it's own and produces a personal impact on many levels. Her unique style with watercolors adds a brilliant flare to her work. She paints as she teaches, with a passion.
Her new series, 'A Woman's Touch' will include a total of 10 paintings and is scheduled to be released during the winter of 2003.
